Oliver
Book, Lyrics & Music by Lionel Bart
Mary Ryzuk, Director
April 2005
Based on Charles Dickens' novel Oliver Twist,
this brilliant musical opened in London in 1960 and became
one of the longest running productions ever with 2619 performances.
It is the irresistible classic tale of young Oliver, the "orphan,"
who is enticed into joining the thief, Fagin, and his roving
band of child pick pockets, until, after many adventures and
misadventures, he is finally restored to the loving arms of
his grandfather.
NOT THE BE MISSED -
A joyous evening of beautiful music and vivid characters!
