Annette Winter
Annette is proud to part of The Enchanted Players
Team. As a board member she is responsible for marketing for EPI.
Her recent EPI credits include EPI's Fund Raiser, The Best of Broadway
playing Miss Mazeppa in Gypsy and Matron Mama Morton in Chicago.
Prior to that she was the evil stepmother in Cinderella, Truvy in
Steel Magnolias and Queen Agravane in Once Upon A Mattress. Annette
was fortunate and flattered to be asked to participate in Mary and
Regan Ryzuk's (founders of EPI) backer's reading in NYC as Elizabeth
(Long Liz) Stride in The Musical Thriller, Jack the Ripper.
In addition to acting, Annette has many years
experience directing including such plays and musicals as Steel
Magnolias, Wait Until Dark, Little Women, Patience and many others.
Favorite roles performed elsewhere are Lucy
in Snoopy, The Nurse in Medea, Nellie in Jekyll Hyde, Ouiser in
Steel Magnolias, Miss Jones and Smitty (not at the same time) in
How to Succeed
Yente in Fiddler on the Roof, Sister Hubert
in Nunsense, Ms. Sherman in Fame, and Luce in Boys From Syracuse
to name a few. Annette also appeared in the Broadway Production,
The Prince of Grand Street, as Mrs. Schumaker starring Robert Preston
and directed by Gene Saks.
